High Protein Dry Fish

Dry fish contains more protein than fresh fish because the drying process removes most of the water, leaving behind a concentrated amount of nutrients. As the fish loses water, its protein, along with other nutrients, becomes more concentrated in the smaller, dried portion. This makes dried fish much richer in protein per gram compared to fresh fish, which has a higher water content and, therefore, less protein by weight.
